Charl was admitted as an attorney in 1984 and holds B.Juris; LLB and LLM degrees. He is also an admitted conveyancer and is the head of our Estates, Estate Planning and Commercial Departments.

Charles Dell

Charles was admitted as an attorney in 1990 and holds a B.PROC as well as an A.DIP in LABOUR LAW. He is an admitted Conveyancer and Notary Public. Charles is also a part time Senior Commissioner at the CCMA. He is the head of our Labour and Conveyancing Department.

Ockie van Schalkwyk

Ockie was admitted in 1990 and holds both a BA and B.PROC degree. He is head of the firms Family Law department.

Duncan Murray

Duncan was admitted as an attorney in 2012 and holds both a B.COM LAW and LLB, He is the firms managing director and oversees the day to day running of the firm whilst also specialising in correspondent work, particularly in the Supreme Court of Appeal and the High Court.

After serving 5 years of articles, Peter was admitted as an Attorney in 1973. He practised and managed the firm until 2020 and remains on as a consultant. He is the head of the firms High Court and Appeals Department.

Herklaas was admitted as an attorney in 1998. He practised as both a state prosecutor as well as a private defence attorney for a number of years before joining our firm. He is the head of our Criminal Law Department
